Okay so I was genuinely not expecting much. I’d done cleanses before and they were all pretty miserable watery juices that tasted like sadness.
The Skinny Cleanse was different. By day two my bloating was noticeably down. Like, jeans-fitting-better different. By the end I’d dropped a couple of kilos and my stomach just felt so much flatter than it had in weeks.
But honestly the biggest surprise was that the juices actually tasted good? The citrus ones were really refreshing and even the greens weren’t that scary. I kept waiting for the gross one and it never came.
Will be back for round two.

I did the 3-day Skinny Cleanse and honestly wasn’t expecting much, but it turned out better than I thought.
Day 1 was quite manageable, the juices are actually drinkable (not overly green or bitter). Day 2 was the toughest for me, felt a bit low energy in the afternoon, but not unbearable. By Day 3, I felt noticeably lighter and less bloated.
The biggest difference was my digestion. Felt a lot cleaner and less sluggish after. Also didn’t feel like I was starving the whole time, which I was worried about.
Delivery was on time and the bottles were properly chilled. Overall a solid reset, would probably do it again after a heavy period.

My motivation was to take a break from food and also start my three month break from alcohol and processed carbs. It was great!
My favourite drink was the Spicy Tonic (#3) as the recipe was consistent. The most delicious overall was Day 1 (#6) with cashew, coffee (decaf), Chaga mushrooms, Medjol Dates, Alkaline Water and Coconut water. I wish the recipe was repeated👌🏾

My 3rd year detox with Antidote. Juice is good as usual except for one bottle i find it abit “gassy”. After shaking the bottle the juice actually flow out and it taste abit weird. I love all the nutmylk! So tasty and filling. Never feeling hungry with this. Hope the points can be extended for a longer period for people like me who does detox once a year. Overall its a perfect experience with Antidote!

I have the find out the right menu, as I want to start slowly with eating. Good information on the website, delivery was good.
