Fresh, made-to-order products
Because our cold-pressed juices and nutmylks are fresh, perishable products made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind — the same way fresh groceries can’t be returned. We hope you understand.
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, spoilt, incorrect, or with items missing, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or a refund. Just contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- your order number, and
- a quick photo of the issue (for damaged or spoilt items).

Cancellations & amendments
Need to cancel or change an order? Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, we’re unable to cancel or refund it.
Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
