We provide Islandwide delivery to your doorstep between 6PM to 10PM (note: Schedule your cleanse to arrive the day before you intend to start your cleanse program).
For a 3-Day Cleanse, all your juices will be delivered together the day before your cleanse starts. For a 5-Day Cleanse, there will be a 2nd delivery (consisting of Days 4 and 5) on the 3rd day of your cleanse program. Please ensure that there is someone at the point of delivery to receive the package. Fresh juices should not be left unattended. Ensure that juices are refrigerated immediately upon receipt.

At Antidote, quality is our highest priority. We aim to put healthy and tasty bottles of juice into the hands of every customer. However, we acknowledge that sometimes, you may not be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If so, we’re here to help you sort it out. We are open to considering refunds on a case-by-case basis. Full or partial refunds may be processed based on the feedback we receive. Please note that there will be a small fee that is charged by the payment processor.

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not provide any returns or exchanges.
For the rescheduling of deliveries, please inform us at least 1 day in advance.
To request same-day deliveries, kindly write to us. Please note that we will not refund orders from customers who assume they will receive same-day delivery. However, we are happy to reschedule the order for you.
How does Subscription work?
The subscription works as a monthly plan where we deliver the juices to you on your preferred date. You would not be required to make multiple orders; a one-time set-up is all it takes.
How does Subscription payment work?
You will be billed monthly for your subscription. The first payment will be immediately when you begin the subscription order, followed by the next month on the same date.
What are the advantages of a Subscription compared to a normal purchase?
Signing up a subscription would not only save you money; you won’t need to be concerned about forgetting to place an order.
Can I change the flavors or cleanse package of my Subscription?
Yes, you can. Let us know at least 2 days in advance before the scheduled delivery about any changes. Do also inform us if you would like the change to apply to all subscription deliveries, or only for that one particular delivery.
Can I pause my subscriptions for that period of time? How does it work?
Yes, we can pause your subscription for you and continue when you’re ready to resume.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can contact us at anytime to cancel your subscription. However, you would have to finish your current month’s (paid) subscription.
