I have tried half day cleansing twice. My first time I tried it, I felt quite strange and a little dizzy because I am used to having breakfast and coffee every morning. Even though I am used to fasting during the month of Ramadan, this time I did not eat the pre dawn meal so I felt a little different because my stomach was not filled with food. However, during the second cleansing, I did not feel dizzy anymore. I had gotten used to it and did not feel hungry. During the second cleansing, I remember that I only ate at 3pm and was able to last till night time. I felt lighter and more energetic. I will continue trying this half day cleanse as it works for me.
