How many days should I cleanse for the first time?

Most first-timers go for the 3-day cleanse — it's long enough to feel a real difference. If you're not ready to commit, the 1-day cleanse or 3-day Half-Day Cleanse are great ways to ease in and see how your body responds.

Can I exercise while on a juice cleanse?

Yes. Light to moderate exercise is fine on any cleanse. If you train hard or work out intensively, we recommend the Active Cleanse — it's specifically formulated with nut mylk to support muscle recovery and sustained energy.

Will I feel hungry during the cleanse?

Generally no. Our cleanse includes nut mylks which are filling and help curb hunger between juices. If you do get hungry, snacking on a small handful of nuts or fresh fruit is fine. Just make sure you're drinking enough water throughout the day.

Do your juices contain added sugar?

No added sugar, no preservatives, nothing artificial. Every bottle is 100% cold-pressed from whole fruits and vegetables. The only sugar is naturally occurring from the fruit, unlike a lot of brands on the market.

How far in advance do I need to order?

No need to plan far ahead — we deliver the next day, every single day. Order before 5PM and your cleanse arrives between 5PM–10PM the following day. Prefer to plan ahead? You can also schedule your delivery for a future date that works for you.

At Antidote, quality is our highest priority. We aim to put healthy and tasty bottles of juice into the hands of every customer. However, we acknowledge that sometimes, you may not be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If so, we’re here to help you sort it out. We are open to considering refunds on a case-by-case basis. Full or partial refunds may be processed based on the feedback we receive. Please note that there will be a small fee that is charged by the payment processor.

If there is an issue with your order, please send us a photo of the products you received to our email or WhatsApp helpline.

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not provide any returns or exchanges.

For the rescheduling of deliveries, please inform us at least 1 day in advance.

To request same-day deliveries, kindly write to us. Please note that we will not refund orders from customers who assume they will receive same-day delivery. However, we are happy to reschedule the order for you.

SHELF-LIFE

You can store the cold-pressed juices for 4 days starting from the date of delivery.

All cold-pressed juices and nutmylks must be kept refrigerated (4 degrees Celsius and below) at all times until the time of consumption. If you bring the juices out, please put them in a cooler bag ice packs inside (do not keep unrefrigerated for more than 3 hours).

DELIVERY

We provide FREE islandwide delivery between 6PM and 10PM daily.

Please schedule your cleanse to arrive one day before you intend to start.

• 1-Day & 3-Day Cleanse: All juices will be delivered together on your selected delivery date (the day before you start your cleanse).

• 5-Day Cleanse: Your juices will be delivered in two batches — the first on your selected delivery date, and the second delivery will arrive three days later.

Do note that additional charges may apply for off-hour deliveries.

⚠️ Important:

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

• Fresh juices must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.

• Remove the bottles from the cooler bag before placing them in the fridge — do not store the zipped-up bag inside the refrigerator, as this prevents proper cooling and may affect juice freshness.

Ordered the Vitality Cleanse for my post overseas trip. Really helps to replenish all goodness in my body. Wish Antidote has the option for DIY pack on all the concoction listed for daily consumption as I drink 1 bottle a day for nutrients. I juice vegetables like bok choy, broccoli, fennel, rhubarb, bittergourd, capsicum, kale, asparagus. Hope Antidote will add some of these vegetables on new recipes soon.

My very first experience with this 3-day detox program on 20-mar-2023. The results was amazing. I could feel the improvement to my frozen shoulder on the next day. And the constipation relieve (output) was noticeable. It was really like flushing out all the sticky toxic on the walls. I felt the 3-day was insufficient to deal with my long existed toxics in my body. Hence I am starting the 5-day on 27-mar-2023 despite the high costs. But it’s worth it as I know it’s not easy to get juice out of vegetables. My opinion is if there is a need to detox, just go for the 5-day veg option once and for all to reset our body. Well done !! While I have done over 10 juice cleanses to date, the Antidote Vital Juice Cleanse was probably the best experience I’ve had.
