How many days should I cleanse for the first time?

Most first-timers go for the 3-day cleanse — it's long enough to feel a real difference. If you're not ready to commit, the 1-day cleanse or 3-day Half-Day Cleanse are great ways to ease in and see how your body responds.

Can I exercise while on a juice cleanse?

Yes. Light to moderate exercise is fine on any cleanse. If you train hard or work out intensively, we recommend the Active Cleanse — it's specifically formulated with nut mylk to support muscle recovery and sustained energy.

Will I feel hungry during the cleanse?

Generally no. Our cleanse includes nut mylks which are filling and help curb hunger between juices. If you do get hungry, snacking on a small handful of nuts or fresh fruit is fine. Just make sure you're drinking enough water throughout the day.

Do your juices contain added sugar?

No added sugar, no preservatives, nothing artificial. Every bottle is 100% cold-pressed from whole fruits and vegetables. The only sugar is naturally occurring from the fruit, unlike a lot of brands on the market.

How far in advance do I need to order?

No need to plan far ahead — we deliver the next day, every day. Order before 10.30PM and your cleanse arrives between 5PM–10PM the following day. Saturday deliveries close on Thursday at 10.30PM, so Friday orders arrive on Sunday. Prefer to plan ahead? You can also schedule your delivery for a future date that works for you.

An eco-friendly alternative to plastic straws. The environment is impacted every time a plastic straw is discarded after just one use; owing to their small diameter it is unlikely they will be recycled as they will fall out during a process designed to remove small items of contamination.

You’ll be getting 1 metal straw, 1 straw cleaner and 1 straw pouch so it’s easy to carry it all around.
